Bring SpaceApp to your team: a paid pilot
For software and AI teams of 3–15 developers who already use AI coding CLIs. We install SpaceApp for each developer on their own machine and set it up with your team, on your own API keys.
Quoted after a 30-minute scoping call. The price depends on the number of developers (installs), the integrations and your environment, such as VPN or proxy. 50% on signing, 50% at handover, both invoiced by INTRATRADE SINGLE MEMBER P.C.
Book a paid pilotWhat the pilot includes
- A self-hosted install for each developer on their own machine (Linux, macOS or Windows 11 with Docker), behind your network rules. Each developer is the owner of their own SpaceApp, with rooms and panes set up for their projects.
- OpenCode and Claude Code on your own API keys, with your MCP servers, on the current release (run-spaceapp 1.1.7). Other CLIs are added when they pass a task on your install during setup.
- A nightly backup with a tested restore on each install: a scheduled
backup, a copy off the machine, the last 7 kept, and one restore tested with you. - 2 workflows or MCP integrations chosen with you, for example a repository review room, a test-and-fix loop, or one of your internal tools exposed to the agents over MCP.
- Training: a live session for the team, plus a short written runbook for your setup.
- 30 days of support after handover (email or chat, reply within one business day).
After the pilot (optional)
- Monthly support: €500–1,500/month for updates, CLI upgrades, fixes and an agreed number of support hours.
How the pilot works
- A 30-minute scoping call: your team, your tools and the two workflows.
- A written fixed quote and statement of work; 50% deposit.
- Week 1: install and configuration on each developer's machine.
- Weeks 1–3: the two workflows or MCP integrations.
- Last week: team training.
- Handover with a written runbook; 30 days of support start.
- A review call: continue with monthly support, or stop. No lock-in: the install stays yours.
Your AI accounts
The pilot uses only your own API keys and accounts with the model providers. We never share, resell or route your team through personal AI subscriptions; provider terms do not allow it. Model requests go from your SpaceApp install to the providers you configure, under your agreements with those providers.
What the pilot is not
- Not a production security certification. SpaceApp is actively developed software with a public list of open findings.
- Not tenant isolation. Each install has one trusted owner, and rooms organise work rather than separating untrusted users.
- Not a sandbox for the host. Agents work with the folders and credentials an install is given. Scope them per machine.
- Not hardened for the open Internet. If you expose an install, TLS, proxy access, firewall and log retention are yours.
- Production use needs at least a threat model for your environment, monitoring of the nightly backups and a review of the logs against your requirements. These can be scoped as separate work; they are not included in the pilot price.
